What would you suggest to plant this weekend, or is it already too late? I am wanting to plant atv trails in the northern Lancaster county area. Any input appreciated.

not too late. Its still alright to plant for fall/winter. I am goin up to Forest County on friday to work some of our plots

You might try oats or rye as a "trail" crop, or if the trails get several hours of sun brassicas might work.
