Marcel, nice video.

In October, I would be able to come up with my bird dogs and see if I could bag that strange bird. Hopefully, this would be before it infects the rest if the partridge with this behavior.

It may take 2 or 3 weeks before sufficient numbers were removed from the affected area.

I probably should plan a return visit next fall to see if my initial visit removed the problem. Hopefully it did not solve the situation and annual trips would be needed.

While I am there, I would also check any woodcock in the surrounding area for this unusual condition.

I just want to do my part to continue to strengthen/improve relations between Canada and the USA with wildlife management.
