We are looking to sell some of our properties in New York. Attached is a link to a Craigslist ad for two of the properties. We also have another 73+ acre parcel in the same general area with an A frame cabin that may be available. We do have a verbal agreement on a sale of the 73+ acre property, but waiting for formal purchase agreement. Also, have a 135 acres in Allegany County, NY that we will be selling but waiting for a timber cruise before listing as we want to know timber value before listing. $1,900 for taxes on 102 acres parcel. $3,500 for taxes on the 176 acres parcel.
