Here's an easy one for you guys that don't like to cook or clean up. We made it last night. I make this one a lot after a night of hunting, as it takes very little time to prepare and cook.
1 to 2 lbs of venison steak, cut into 1/2 thick strips
2 or 3 bell peppers cut into strips (I use colors other than green, i.e. red, yellow, orange, as they give me less indigestion)
Teriyaki or soy sauce
Aluminum foil
Rip off about a foot long piece of good foil
Lay 3 steak strips in the middle
Lay a couple pepper strips on top
Repeat for about 2-3 layers
Pour on a healthy dose of teriyaki or soy sauce
Wrap the foil up tight
Make as many packets as you have material for
Cook on the grill for 10-15 minutes or in a 450 oven for about 15-18 minutes.
Delish, and no clean up. Just throw the foil away.
