They say it is ok to pursue certain outdoor activities as long as you keep the social distance in mind.What activities are they referring to?Trout season is coming up.People are going for hikes to get out of house, shed hunting and pulling camera cards etc.A news story in the York area talked about someone being pulled over by a trooper for a traffic violation and they made it sound like the trooper fined her for not being on the road for essential reasons.Not sure the whole story was factual as usuall?I could see police being fussier if they really wanted to curb travel,but if I was law enforcement I wouldn't want to pull vehicles for minor traffic violations which they have the right to(for fear of catching the virus) do just to find out why they were on the road and then give them a citiation for burned out brake light etc and scare them off the roads if they were just out for a drive for no reason.
