is there any price in about 10 or so standing pine. or would someone just cut them for the logs. its possible I have some that need removed from the edge of a cemetery. they are a little much for me to tackle one at a time blocking the access road

there's at least one log company buying them around here. They're paying around $.025 /bd ft. They are taking almost any pine including jack pine. My neighbor took 8 or 9 nice long,straight whitepine logs to them on his car trailer, and got around $150. Most of the loggers won't touch them unless there's a huge tract, because they're very labor intensive for such a low price, compared to oak and other good hardwoods which are bringing around $.60 to $.85 /bd ft
