We Split 'em in 1/2 length wise
Lather insides up with OliveOil..
Sprinkle salt pepper inside open side down on to cookie sheet into oven 350-400 30-35 mins - ish, til outer shell browns nicely & insides pull easily into strands ....
At this point we pull it all out til only empty clean shells remain...
You can either butter liberally add brown sugar & nutmeg to taste
Or, simply butter &/or olive oil & season to taste or simply add some red sauce( that U'd use for spaghettii...)
It's pretty great either way(s)...
Great lower carb replacement for noodles & side dishes!!
