WEll for a different twist im gonna smoke the corned beef. i didnt plan ahead enough so i soaked it in water for 2 hours and let it dry...about to fire in the smoker with hickory chips on 225 till i get hungry! Anyone else ever do this? might toss some seasoned pot in there for last hour and pan fry some cabbage n onions' [email protected]

holy smokes that was awesome. you all gotta try that it was so moist and delicious my 3 yr old even asked for more!
