I have a Knight Disc inline that I need to mount sights on. There are no open sights on this gun, and no pre-drilled holes. It is presently scoped. Would like to be able to remove the scope and use open sights. I see the Tru-Glo makes a ML sight. Anyone see a problem with mounting it?

you'll have to have a gunsmith drill and tap some holes for sights.

You will also have to select the sights that have the proper height. You just can't install any sight. They have to be the correct height for your rifle. Your gunsmith should know which to select.
