Seems to this old retired guy that state could foot the cost of drug trsts. They are much cheaper than the welfare checks sent out. I had to pass drug tests for some of my jobs, think if ordinary guy needs tested to work and pay taxes welfare people should too!
With my CDL I had to pass a drug test every other year and if in an accident would have been subject to mandatory drug testing. Why should we give money away without asking for similar testing? It is time we told some of the leaders we want our country back.
