My 10 yr old lease in Lycoming Co will expire in Jan. I just received a letter that they would like me to sign a new lease at a substantial increase. Should i use a broker to help negotiate? What does a broker charge? Where can I find one?

Thanks,
KingRon

You need a lawyer well versed in the gas issue.

Anyone know an honest O&G lawyer in the Williamsport area?

Ron, my advise find a lawyer that deals with gas leses, go for a NO DRILL clause (wish we did) and three don't settle or feel rushed into anything........read,read and read some more.......

Ron,

I'd recommend calling Greevy & Associates in Williamsport. Attorneys Lester Greevy and Dale Tice are very familiar with Marcellus issues. I have attended seminars they presented on the topic and was very impressed with their depth of knowledge.
