I was wondering if anyone knows whether the road, where I think the new rifle range will be, is going to be opened during rifle season. It's right next to the bear check station up in Coolbaugh off Rte 423. I'm just trying to gauge the hunting pressure that area will receive on opening day.

Thanks, snowshoe. We go back that way to get to our spots for Spring Gobbler. I've never been back there for deer, though. It may be worth it to trek back in there.
