some 1911 models and h&k models have ambi controls. H&k usp models have ambi mag releases already. The beretta 92/96 series have ambi controls and the mag release can be switched to the other side. I carry a sig 226 at work and have no problem shooting left handed. The only problem i have is finding left handed holsters.
