You really shouldn't be docked at all for a screw up to the face. If anything, it would be a minor deduction.

Start your fleshing just below the ears...

Any bigger meaty pieces i will take off with my knife...i do coon ears and cheek meat by hand..takes a minute or 2 but i am afraid to scrape em and dont wanna leave the ear/cheek meat there to rot...

Havent had a fox yet that needed fleshed...just pick off a few small pieces of fat and thats it on fox...yotes there isnt much till the shoulder area..i take the saddle and everything off with the dull side..
