Any Schuylkill County goose hunters around? New to goose hunting want to know where to find birds this late? Cut corn? what about beans?

Corn is your best friend this time of year. However, geese will also hit beans and green fields like winter wheat this time of year. Your best bet is to put some miles on your car and drive around and find where the geese are feeding and what they are feeding on.

Thanks, I figured corn for sure...just dont see many folks hunting geese round here and I know there are some birds around. Are early mornings best to scout and hunt or anytime?

Ya gotta find roosts and follow em when they leave it... There's several in sch county that hold alot of birds... If ur new to the area use Google maps to find large bodies of water
