Ok guys in order for folks to start planning thier weekend of 9/19-20 here is a SCEHDULE OF EVENTS. This schedule is subject to change as the planning meetings continue, however we will try to keep to close to this as possible.

I think when you look this over you will see some great events, seminars and opportunites to learn, socilaize, and have some serious fun.

Again , not "ut it in the brochure final" but I want our members to have adequate time to plan and SEE ALL THE GREAT THINGS we already got lined up....Any questions can be sent to me via PM, or we can start another thread as this will likely go as a global announcement which will close it to comments unfortunately.

BTW, anyone asking "Where has RB been??" Now ya know...
, sorry it is a little hard to read, an Excel copy and paste..my time is limited for clean-up right now.

Re: !!SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!! - HPA 10th Aniiversary

Could I pitch a tent on the grounds? If so what is the fee?
Re: !!SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!! - HPA 10th Aniiversary

A couple questions:
Will there be a map showing locations of activities?
What times will dunk tank be open? Will those who are "in the tank" receive a schedule for when their time is, before we get there?
Will there be non-hunting related activities? i.e. horseshoes, volleyball, kids ball bounce, etc

Thanks for all your hard work! Looking forward to it!

Now, if the Apache has a hot mini-gun, and we can take turns on the range with it, then I'll fore-go the Zone 1 championship on Long Island and make sure I attend the picnic!! 3D deer with the mini, now that's fun!! What say you Rooster?

Re: !!SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!! - HPA 10th Aniiversary

Yes you can pitch a tent, and yes it is free.
Re: !!SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!! - HPA 10th Aniiversary

Is the 22 fast shoot is that pistol or rifle.

Are there prizes for each event.

Everyone at my work is buzzing about this event.
Re: !!SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!! - HPA 10th Aniiversary

Rifle.
Re: !!SCHEDULE OF EVENTS!! - HPA 10th Aniiversary

Everyone at my work is buzzing about this event
Now that gets me excited!!!!
ENJOY IT!!!

On the prizes, we have had alot of items donated this week so we need to get thru it all likely on site, but my guess is at a minimum should we need too...we can take names and addresses for the winners and hook them up with gift cards or other prizes later, if not on site.

I know we have two Roscoby bow mounted/stablizer video cameras that have been waiting for an event just like this...
..

So the answer is YES...just don't ask me what yet.
