Got it as a gift. Trigger sucks majorly. I have to admit, I am so accustomed to muzzleloader set triggers that a rough gritty feeling regular trigger really sucks. Tried adjusting the trigger, still has about a 6 pound pull. Trigger also seems to travel in three stages, 1) easy light pull, about a 16th of an inch, 2) gritty feeling tougher pull, perhaps 4 pounds, and 3 another pull at 6 pounds with a 1/32 travel and then another 1/4 inch free travel after the gun fires. I have tried shooting this with the factory scope from a bench and at 50 ft, the best I can do is about a 1.5 inch group. With my old Dianawerk 22 single pump, I could hit M&M's regularly at 50 feet, offhand.

Is there a way to smooth out the trigger operation and is this thing even capable of decent accuracy? I have had better accuracy out of cheap crossman's and my old daisy pump pellet pistol. I realize, it is not an olympic grade shooter, but geesh, I figured to do better than I am getting.
