picture rocks has some small faces on rt 220. not sure what she's looking for

My daughter goes to Lock Haven University and did some rock climbing near State College with her school. She can't remember the name of the place but the rock climbing area was part of a camp ground.

Could it be woodward camp?
Also please do not climb along route 220, the rocks are all on private land.
