Subject: Remote Electronic Trap Checking
In the future, I plan to introduce legislation that would amend Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes permitting the checking of traps remotely by electronic means by a properly permitted Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator.
The following members were co-sponsors of this bill last session (previously HB 2550):
HESS, EVERETT, CALTAGIRONE, COHEN, COSTA, DENLINGER, EVANKOVICH, FLECK, GINGRICH, HARRIS, HENNESSEY, KAVULICH, MILLARD, MOUL, MULLERY, MURT, SAYLOR, SOONEY AND WATERS
