I picked up this remington 1100 20 ga "skeet b" a few years ago when i bought several guns as a package deal. I'm trying to find out what the value of this shotgun is since I really have no use for a 20 ga and a desire for a new toy. : ) im finding prices online much higher than what was offered to me locally. Any suggestions as to how I would find a starting price or a value of this shotgun? I do understand that the condition can play a big role here and this shotgun is in very nice clean condition. Thanks for the help.

Condition is important of course! I always look at gunbroker.com to find the current going rates of any rifles or shotguns I might end up selling. Find a few that are described in close condition as the one you are thinking of selling and watch them to see what the final value for these ends up being. I always place them in my watched list so that I don't end up losing track and forgetting to check in right at the last second. Hope this helps you out.
