Yeah, I do!! LOL!! This is bigger right now - give it 3 weeks and this'll die down....till next year. I see a new forum on HPA coming, just like the AR/HR one came along. This issue is getting big nationwide and even internationally. I do believe this is a good thing as if we don't stand up for this, swiftly & strongly, we will continue down a path toward elimination as the People of the country if we don't speak out. The internet is letting this happen quickly. Previously, this wouldn't have happened at all, and we'd've taking it sitting down. I'm sure Al Gore didn't intend a conservative use of the internet when he invented it. LOL!! We conservatives tend to live and let live, in my opinion, and getting some ba!!$ behind our thoughts and beliefs is a good thing, and needed continually rather than just saying "Oh well", griping a bit, and then going hunting again. A new forum for this issue may help some tho. Just my thoughts.RTH said:......this forum used to be about hunting and fishing and trapping .......just sayin.![]()
I have fought that fight for almost a decade , it is actually what created forums like hunting camp and Spirit of the hunt...sanctuaires if you will. But you will loose the board to things like this all the time, if it was not this issue it would be the next...Good luck to whoever steps into the ring next on that fight.RTH said:......this forum used to be about hunting and fishing and trapping .......just sayin.![]()
You may well be right, but when I logged on this AM and see that the ENTIRE first page of "General Hunting" is inundated with "Outdoor Issues" threads, it gets a bit annoying. If I want to know what's going on with ESOS, I know where I could look (normally), in the Outdoor Issue or Gun Control forum. 35 threads in General that all have ESOS in the title ?This is the biggest news in the Pennsylvania sporting and gunning communities in years. What happens here, in our backyard matters on the national stage today and into the future.
Well said BT....apathy is not an option this time, IMHO.Bluetick said:This is the biggest news in the Pennsylvania sporting and gunning communities in years. What happens here, in our backyard matters on the national stage today and into the future.
No exaggeration.
