Spent the afternoon shooting the crossbow. After 20 plus years of hunting with traditional bows, I decided to change it up and take a break from traditional archery. Wow! In less than an hour, the crossbow was hitting the dead center of silver dollar sized targets anywhere from 10-30 yards!

I spent the rest of the afternoon shooting for fun-off hand, kneeling, etc. Although I have my blind and tripod ready when the season opens!

Now, with some trail camera help, I've got my eye on some nice deer for this season. This high tech stuff is great, especially when one is pressed for time to dedicate to shooting and scouting- now I know why many hunters use this stuff-it's just easier!

Good luck to everyone-I for one am very excited!

I agree I am pressed for time to practice so I am taking a crossbow to Canada for bear, deer, moose, wolves, whatever presents a shot. Concentrating on a big bear, but if something else gets in the way it's a bonus! Mine is shooting 3 in. groups at 40 yds.
