found a article on a rare white face deer in Michigan that was rejected my his mother due to that she couldn't hide her fawn from predators. so it lives and taken care of on a farm . soon as it gets older they will show the deer off to the public. if left in the wild that nice pink nose would of get sunburn and turn black.

Great pic. Thanks for sharin. How do you know she rejected it for sure?I wouldn,t think she could reason just because of it,s markings that it would not survive. The mother bond is to strong. If that was the case there would be no Albinos or Pie Balds.

well the farmer said the mother rejected the fawn due to the markings. but like you said there wouldn't be albinos , etc.

It was a beautiful animal. The deer was born from a piebald mother at an animal farm in 2015. It died earlier this year.
