I know that there is an area ner the Latrobe elks that is open to public hunting. Do you know where they mean ?

no, but if u really want to find out go to the township or court house and i'm sure you can find out.

Keystone State Park has public hunting and is about 3 miles north of Latrobe Elks Club. Could this possibly be what you are talking about?

Go down the road by the appartments across from the elk to the T make a right and the parking are is right there ,also up past the elks going up the hill across from the graval sales is all open fields and wood lots,the stocking truck was out yesterday.
