Proper way to skin?

Case skin it. Go from heel to just below anus to other heel ,then from anus straight down under side of tail. then just remove it like you were takin off your socks inside out. Try not to use your knife to much just cut where ya need to but mainly pull an work with hands. By the time you get the air set up you could have skinned 5 coons by hand. Once ya do a couple it becomes real easy. Later Bob
