Good luck to you Ron. I’ve had both my hips replaced....piece of cake. Make sure you follow through with PT after the surgery. It will help greatly.

I had my right knee done at the end of May after turkey season and I felt completely recovered 6-7 weeks later in time for archery and pheasant seasons. Be sure to faithfully go through therapy with a good PT that will push you a little and you'll be surprised at your progress after 2-3 weeks. But you have to be willing to work through the pain to work that knee and get it to flex. I had to get off the prescription pain med's in 2 days due to an allergic reaction which worked out fine. Extra Strength Tylenol was fine. Prayers sent, Ron.
