There is a little store in Blain, Pa, Book's. If its in a reasonable driving distance you can save a few bucks on bulk powder. Example, a 8# jug of 4831SSC $129. PW price $135 + $25 HAZMAT-Shipping. Nate(Owner) will order powder, but of course its subject to availability from his supplier. If you need powder today your out of luck. I asked him about ordering. He said just call and he'll order it, no deposit or prepay.
There are still two eights of 4831SSC there if you need that.
One pounders seemed to be about the same price as other places, so no great savings there.
