Does anyone on here make pickled bologna,I am looking for recipe to make some I have on but it is not that great.any help would \be greatly appreciated.
2 pounds ring bologna, peeled and sliced into large chunks
4 cups vinegar
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
1 onion, chopped
1 cup water
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon salt
ring bologna as above
3 parts vinegar
1 part water
lots n lots of onions
crushed red pepper......i usually put at least an inch in bottom of jar
let stand for bout a week
then enjoy
