I was watching American Gun Dog this past week and they had a recipe for pheasant cheesestakes. I made it at work tonight for the guys I was working with and it turned out great.
couple of pheasant breasts pound them with a mallat until real thin. In a frying pan cook onions and mushrooms withsome oil, salt, and pepper. Add the phesant meat cook until done.

Sounds yummy! of course it sounds better than what my dyslexic eyes/mind read
....PHEASANT CHEESECAKE SOUNDS HORRIBLE.
