Mace...I just recently was asked by a young lady in Walmart where she could find regular MACE for her daughter not pepper spray.. Looks like the only thing you can buy over the counter is Pepper Spray? Is it not legal for the general public to buy spray other than Pepper Spray for protection?

I saw that a good defense for your night stand is Hornet Spray. Best not to have this out on the night stand if you have little kids... However it makes the person blind and understand it's not permanent.. Figure it does shoot real far if someone breaks into you bedroom or house. Of course Hornet Spray? S & W works better...

Mace is a brand, not a chemical. Tearing chemicals/compounds are typically CN, CS and OC. Here is a good comparison read.
