When putting out decoys in a field, is there a certain way to set them out. Like if you have 12 for example. Do you just scatter them out infront of you or is there a distance/pattern to follow? Thanks guys
If I only had 12 decoys I would definitely try to make that 12 look big by putting some space between each decoy- I don't know if that make sense but that's what I would do.
12 isn't enough to do much with, other than give them a general target to fly at. I'd keep a few tight to the blinds and probably put 2 groups of four out as a family groups. One out in front an the other to the right or left depending on the wind.
