If a student resides in another state, say NJ, and takes and passes the course here in pa, will the student be able to use their Pa issued HTE card to purchase a Lic in their home state?
I looked but was not able to find any kind of Reciprocity Agreements listed on the PGC site.

I have never heard of a state that wouldn't accept another state's hunter ed course. Not saying there aren't any but I have never heard of it. The easiest way to be sure is to call that state's game agency and ask them.

Casey would know about NJ. I remember hearing about NY not accepting our cards for archery because they have a separate archery course and we don't.

ny and some other states require an archery specific safety course which the pennsylvania offers. the standard basic course DOES NOT meet the archery specific standards. check game commission website under education for details.
