.........with a new 4-Stroke 25HP Suzuki!! It was tough retiring my owned from new 2002 2-stroke Johnson but was looking for a step-up to a new 4-stroke.. Love the new Suzuki's quiet purr plus the power tilt will be great for running those shallows vs my ole Johnson manual shallow lift!! Plus no more mixing oil in gas!! Ran my new Zuke Yesterday for about 4 hours & was really impressed with it's power to get my Lund on plane even at half throttle!! Got about 15 more hours break-in before I can open it up. Was very pleased dealing with Thorne's Marine located just off Chincoteague Bay in Stockton, MD. They set my new Zuke up plus test ran on water. Owner Kevin Thorne was great to deal with. Good ole fashioned down home service!!

Good luck, when you buy new engines it's like getting a new boat.
Suzuki was what all the Marine police had on their boats in Jersey till they switched to Yamaha a few years back.
Be careful with that 4 stroke, when I first switched over first couple outings I tried restarting the engines.....When they were already running.:grin2:

That's a sweet looking motor.
Thanks Laylow!! I used to have a 23' Center Console Trophy Bayliner/150 HP Merc before downsizing to my 16' Lund. For my back bay fishing/crabbing my Lund more than fits my needs plus gets me into places I only dreamed about with a bigger boat...not even speaking about operating costs.:smile2:
