I harvested this mature doe on October 17th in the Lackawanna State Forest with my T/C Omega X-7 and two 50 grain 777 pellets behind a 250 grain Barnes T-EZ bullet. She was quartering slightly away. The shot entered just behind the last rib on her right side and crashed through the far shoulder, stopping just under the skin where I recovered it.

Here are the bullets I use and the one I recovered. Looks to me like it performed flawlessly. The doe spun around and dropped facing the opposite direction of travel on impact! She was about 100 yards away.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks Loggy! I think I have found the muzzleloader bullet that I have been waiting for, no need to look for a better bullet, IMO.
