ACTION REQUIRED: Federal Challenge to NY BAN

According to Mr. Tresmond the new ban is illegal as it is an ex-facto law taking away previously owned property and he intends to file this action in Federal Court.

I thought it was only a matter of time before this violation of the 2nd amendment was challenged in court. Better than a class action, it should be up on a constitutional challenge in Federal court. Good post.
