Why call county control, 911 or PSP, they don't want do squat when it is within their field. When we first moved to Pa, Mrs. had a hunter putting on a drive between the house and barn, 125 ft apart. She called 911, was turned over to the PSP and they said it is out of their field/jurisdiction.

Some counties can and will directly contact on-duty WCOs/DWCOs by radio/cell phone and relay violation information to them in a timely manner.
