How deep did you get the seed?

is it possible, with the dry weather that it germinated and died?

First plot I ever planted, I seeded Memorial Day weekend and it didn't rain for the next 6 weeks. Once it rained, it came in pretty darned well, inspite of making every mistake in the book.

yes, you will need it to rain for clover to germinated. and it helps if it's a little cooler out. clover should be planted early spring or later in the fall. Sept. range.

I've seen a failure when a lawn roller was used, if the soil was moist when rolled. Compacts the soil and makes it hard as a rock. Is that your case???

Hey, unless it germinated and then died in the heat, I don't know what to tell you.
