I was checking the trout maps and found two class a streams near me. They show 0% access under all 4 catagories, does this mean they are off limits or do they mean you need landowner permission to fish it ?

Not sure what map you mean...

But if it is not public land you typically need permission from the land owner(s).

Otherwise it would be trespassing.

Might have to check out the stream and see. I went to one that said 100% access under all them, And several sections of the stream were posted by the landover.
