I just bought a Parker Buck-buster 175 recently. Any suggestions for Hunting Broadheads for deer only.
The guy at Cabelas sugg. "Hellrazor" 125's , or Slick-trick 125's.
I'm just starting to look into them now, so any other suggestions, or experience with any others would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Dave

I shoot both 100 grain Slick Tricks and G5 Strikers out of my crossbows with good results. If your arrows do not have brass inserts up front, I would opt for the heavier 125's to increase the FOC. If your arrows have the brass inserts, 100 grain heads are plenty.

Good luck.

If I know what arrow you are using I can probably recommend a broadhead. I've tested nearly everything out there and know what to expect from the different combinations.

That being said, you need to look at the inserts on the front of the shaft. Is it brass or aluminum? If it's brass you can use the G5 Striker 100 grain or the Parker Crosspro 100 FX. If it's aluminum you can try the G5 Striker in 125 grain.
For mechanicals try the Wasp jak-hammer SST in 100 or 125 grains depending on your insert.

Yes, Wasp heads are often overlooked. My first crossbow buck fell to a Wasp.
