I just shot this thing at 70 yds.
Right threw the heart of my block 3d.
How far has anybody shot and killed
a deer with one of these?
I limited my excal to 25 and under
because of noise.

I know penetration is key but how
can you calculate that at a given distance.
Bow spec says 123ft lbs. That should be ibo
weight of arrow. Stryker shaft with 100 rage
2 blade on it. Scope says 370fps.

Most all bows can shoot through a deer at long ranges. The question is how likely is the arrow to hit where you want it to on a long shot. The depends on your personal accuracy, wind speed, brush, type of animal you are shooting at, and the alert level of the animal.

Well went to shoot it today. The arrow hit high and left.
after shooting a 60 yd bullseye last week.
Adjusted scope and thought something else is wrong.
yup you guessed it. Lower left limb starting to
fracture. Got 9 days out of it. So their limb problem
is not fixed. Back to dealer tomorrow.

That stinks. Hope you get something in time for season.

That stinks but unfortunately, you are not alone. Folks are still buying these things but they are not reliable at all.
