I just got mine the other day. When I first put batteries in it and turned it on I was happy to see they did away with that annoying blinking mode. It went from high intensity to low to off. I took the light out hunting last night and 10 minutes into my first set the high setting became the blink setting. The light now goes blink, low, off. Is that a sign of the batteries going dead or is there a setting that can be adjusted? Not alot of instructions came with the light.

The blink mode is probably due to bad heat sync issues. When some drivers get hot they will default to blink mode to reduce the heat output by the emitter. Could also be a bad ground from the tailcap to case/

Heard from the company. They said it was probably low battery voltage. Basically when it blinks its time for new batteries. The light still works fine on low intensity and thats really all I need to use when I'm hunting with my shotgun. The new light is pretty sweet.
