My husband and I have both just started shooting bows. With that said we are still learning, sometimes the hard way...lol! It seems that everywhere archery shop that we go to tells us something different. Example- the length of the arrow. We had one shop set us up and then went to another to get arrows and that shop said that his arrows were 3 inches too long. ??? Plus the couple of shops that we have gone to come across as kind of snobby that we don't know......especially with me being a woman. We have been going to 3D shoots and i really like it, but dealing with these shops are really leaving a bad taste. We live in the Berks county area. We have found Woody's to be pretty good, but still not overly welcoming. Any suggestions on archery shops?

I grew up less than a mile from Woody's. I the 20+ years I have been going there I have never had a "welcoming" experience. Whenever I walk in there it seems like I am bothering them by being in there and they watch your every move like you are going to steal something from them. I stopped going there in college when I had other options of sports shops while I was at school. There is a small archery shop near Fritztown rd. in Sinking Spring area. Never been there, but have heard good things.
If you live in berks county take a litttle trip to mountjoy,pa(lancaster) Kinsey outdoors you will be very impressed with the service you get there. All your questions will be answered and they are straight forward with you. Enjoy your archery sport
