I went out to shoot the victory shaft and stryker broadheads and did not have good results. Grouping decent at 20 yards. I then step back to 30 and it shot 5 inches high but grouped ok but not great. I think my axiom should be shooting better so I proceeded to look it over and discovered I have a limb that has several cracks! Looks like my season is over. I'm dissappointed to say the least. How do I go about getting this thing fixed?

Well. That explains that. Very rare for a Excalibur. Good thing is thier customer service is one of the best.

Arrowhead is a Excalibur dealer and may be able to ship you a new front end if he has one or direct you to the USA Excalibur warranty center in Ohio. His link is at the top of the forum. I would expect that your problem could be fixed within a week.

Thanks arrowhead. I made the call last. Will let you know how it all works out. The whole process was very helpful.
