It's been pretty slow around here on all the boards, so I figured I would post my mounts. I have a pretty good collection that I have not posted on here. I will try and do one a week until they are all done. I will post in order of harvest starting with my 1999 nine point rifle buck. I do have two pieces which were taken prior to this; however the first mount was a hack job, which I am going to get re-mounted. That was my first buck, a spike in 1995. The other earlier mount has been altered since with the addition of another animal, so that will be posted as per when the mount was finished. Any way, the subject mount was taken in Elk County in the Allegheny National Forest, near Halton. The buck was taken on the first day of rifle season and is still my largest buck to date. The mount was done by Lehman's Taxidermy, in Sugarloaf PA. I am very pleased with this mount and have very fond memories of the hunt. Enjoy, and there will be more to come.
