I heard that explosives can be made from hydrogen peroxide if a certain process is followed. There was a news conference yesterday in which one of the speakers called for citizens to report unusual purchases of household chemicals. If a beauty salon buys 50 gallons of hydrogen peroxide I wonder if this purchase needs to be tracked and checked for its valid use.

I never thought of that! I suppose a couple billion tax dollars to confirme that "blonds have more fun" is a justifiable expense.
