I don't know what that hinge is holding, but I can think of easier ways to pin that hinge. lol

I would have measured the ID of hinge pin bores, reamed them .002" over to a consistent ID, measured the length of the pin required then turned a new pin ~.0005" over for a slight interference fit in the hinge bores.
Simple!!!

I like reusing stuff. I guess today folks call it repurposing. You never know what I’ll end up using to rig something up.

Before I pitch something, I’ll strip it of every cable, spring, and piece of hardware I can get from it.
