I bought this shotgun off a friend of mine a couple years ago. After shooting it the claw that ejects the shell came off. Also, there were times the gun would not fire when the trigger was pulled. I have read several posts on other sites saying that mossberg will fix the gun for free or replace the gun for another model because they no longer make this shotgun. Any suggestions or experience dealing with mossberg?

Broken extractors are not unheard of in all brands of firearms, The gun not fireing could be dirt. Contact Mossberg, wold bet they will tell you to send it in for repair.
