Looking to book fully guided elk hunt in either Montana or Idaho this year. Would need OTC tags, no pref point. Looking for guide recommendations, possibly looking at combo hunt for deer too. Any help is appreciated, have a guide picked out if we are forced to do Colorado but havent found anyone with experience with Montana or Idaho.

I hunted with West Sope Outfitters last year. Did not get a shot hut saw some elk. Going back next year. Shane is a great guy and has a good outfit. He will be at Outdoor show inHarrisburg. Check him out on line and CALL him, he will be happy to talk with you. Hunted with Elk Creek outfitters about 10 yrs ago. Killed a medium 5X5 elk and my don killed a real nice mule deer. Brent has a great set up and good guides but that was 10 y/a. Might be worth checking him out too. MT has draw combo, elk & deer licenses, no points needed. MT supposedly has biggest elk herd behind CO.
