Lynn, where were you at. A good friend of mine went up around Plentywood a few years ago and had a great hunt. He said access on private ground was no problem The only problem was the vastness of the land, they had four hunters and a couple of spaniels and he said they didn't have enough to properly cover the fields.
WE are in that area. The northeast corner of Montana is known for it's pheasant hunting. It is big. It can be done with two or three. We had three hunters and one dog and it worked ok.
