It may say it on your Deed.With only 1.5 acres you could have a no-drill clause,so I don't think you would have to much of a problem!

generally speaking if your deed reads "fee simple" you will own the mineral rights. You should check with an attorney or an abstract company to do a deed search to be sure.

With seismic testing very limited intrusion. might have a wire across your property for a few weeks if that. But if you don't have a gas lease they won't go on your property without your permission.
